Ο Κουβανός θεωρεί εξασφαλισμένη την παροχή κατοικίας μέχρι και για τα δισέγγονά του· έχει βάσιμους λόγους να πιστεύει ότι ακόμα και τα αγέννητα παιδιά δεν πρόκειται να πεινάσουν ούτε να διψάσουν· θα γεννηθούν σε ένα σύστημα υγείας που έχει έναν από τους χαμηλότερους δείκτες θνησιμότητας παγκοσμίως· θα μορφωθούν ολόπλευρα με βάση τις κλίσεις τους αλλά και με βάση τις ανάγκες της κοινωνίας· θα βρουν δουλειά αμέσως μετά τον κύκλο μόρφωσης και σε πλήρη συμφωνία με αυτόν· θα είναι πάντα σχετικά ελεύθεροι να αλλάξουν δουλειά και πόλη με βάση τη διαθεσιμότητα· θα έχουν λαϊκό πολιτισμό υψηλού επιπέδου δωρεάν· θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να παρεμβαίνουν συνέχεια στην διοίκηση και οργάνωση της κοινωνίας μέσα από μια ουσιαστική διαδικασία αξιολόγησης και εκλογής για όλα τα καίρια πόστα. Ακόμα και απέναντι στη φύση και την τύχη, ο Κουβανός δεν νιώθει μόνος και απροστάτευτος, αφού περιβάλλεται από ένα ανεπτυγμένο και λειτουργικό σύστημα πολιτικής προστασίας.
